1. About the sample : How could I get a sample?
We have to charge you sample fees and express charge in advance before send sample, If you have effective account of DHL, FedEx , UPS, etc., you don't need to pay the express charge. We would like send sample to you by the carrier account, and deduct your sample payment from the order amount. We would like send new item sample or recommend products to long-term cooperation.

2. About price : could I get your price list?
Yes, Pls email your inquiry list in details included products name, model, style, quantity, color, specification etc., we will offer the price to you by e-mail after we got it.

3. About the minimum order : have a MOQ ?
As a manufacturer, If we have stock, then no minimum order quantity, if have to manufacture, it will depends on different item, so there should have a minimum order quantity to manufacture; In general, we need more than the minimum order of US$500.00

4. About payment : what terms of payment do you use?
We accept wire transfer ( T/T advance ) & western union for small order, and L/C for larger order. Please email wire info in time, it will help us arrange your order more effective. We reject net 30 days payment term.

5. Lead time :
small order 1-2 days after confirm payment, big order as scheduled time.

6. About the shipment : what kind of shipment will you use?
Commonly, we ship the small package to you via UPS,DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS etc., We usually ship the products by air freight to your nearest airport if the quantity is larger, we may ship by ocean container if the quantity is more larger. We will show you a tracking number or link to track the package after delivery.

7. About warranty : how long for warranty?
All of product be tested before shipping. our quality standard is Zero defects, Commonly 1-3 monthes warranty. It depends on different products. We may replace unqualified products with qualified ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified products, or give you some discount on following order.

Yes. If the quantity is enough. or the mould costs are apportioned to each product in main order.
